*12 months warranty is only on faults that would not be reasonable to expect for the amount of use after considering general wear & tear and are considered to be manufacturing/quality issues. Types of faults may include (but are not limited to): stitching coming loose/undone, buckle/clip becomes inoperable, adjustable strap not attached properly or become loose etc. We do offer a repair and part replacement service to all customers for a small cost (to cover cost of parts) where the damage is caused by an action/s outside warranty conditions. This warranty is provided in addition to the standard warranty guidelines and conditions provided to consumers under Australian Consumer Laws.
